ABOUT
I'm a creative director and visual storyteller with more than two decades of experience building brands, leading teams, and executing campaigns that connect with people.
My creative instincts were shaped long before any agency job. Growing up first-generation Puerto Rican in New Jersey, I came of age in the underground, CBGB's and the punk scene of the '80s, the club culture of the '90s, absorbing visual energy, subculture, and style from the ground up. Before pursuing that creative path formally, I served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that instilled a standard of precision, discipline, and accountability that has informed everything I've done since. That combination led me to the Fashion Institute of Technology, where my work was selected for a Society of Illustrators student exhibition, and eventually to Madison Avenue.
I started my career on Madison Avenue, working alongside creative teams at Publicis, McCann, and Saatchi & Saatchi, where I learned to merge visual craft with business strategy in one of the most demanding creative environments in the world. That foundation shaped everything that followed.
Most recently, I led the in-house creative team at Korg USA, overseeing brand storytelling and content across a portfolio of global brands, directing product launches, video production, photography, digital campaigns, and dealer marketing while managing cross-functional relationships with teams in Japan, Europe, and across the US. It was fast, complex, and deeply rewarding work that sharpened my ability to balance creative vision with real business outcomes.
My experience spans agency and in-house, global and independent, and the through line has always been the same: clear thinking, strong craft, and creative that actually works.
Outside of brand work, I co-run Rosie's Vintage and Rosie's Record Shop on Long Island, where my passion for analog culture, vintage design, and visual storytelling continues to inform my creative perspective.
